5 Reasons to book your trip with us:
Your deposits are safe with us:
We are registered and bonded members of SATSA (Southern African Tourism Services Association, member number 1988) and comply with their high standards of their code of conduct and insured for liquidation and liability. That simply means in the unlikely event of us closing our doors, your holiday will still continue under the supervision of this Association and their bonded insurance policy.
Large Operational footprint:
We have contracted operations support in all the major cities of South Africa, Namibia, Botswana; Zambia, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Kenya and Tanzania. In simple terms this means there is someone who can attend to an emergency within minutes of the event, and if necessary send them to location or on the positive side, a face and a name to ensure the golden thread of service is extended to any of these nations, with the backing of our head office in Cape Town.
A track record spanning more than two decades, with global client base of contactable references:
We are regarded as one of the finest specialist businesses in this region of Africa, with many top repeat clients from Germany, Holland, Belgium, UK, USA and Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Israel and the Middle East.
You are welcome to contact our clients directly for a testimonial, please ask us for contact details of our clients.
Tried and tested hotels, lodges and suppliers:
Where possible, someone in our team has travelled to the lodges we recommend, or has sent enough clients to the lodge over the years without a change in service levels, that we then approve the usage of this lodge for our offerings. If there is a change of ownership, or management, we monitor this closely through our own clients, as well as through Tripadvisor, and immediately blacklist a lodge, and sometimes at our own expense, replace a lodge for a client, if we notice there is a problem with service.
Local knowledge combined with global affiliations and insurance cover:
We pride ourselves in being extremely focussed on local knowledge, such as time of year, location, safety, value for money, best tour guides or safari rangers available.
This is then combined with benchmarking and obtaining memberships / affiliations with global travel associations who define codes of conduct and best practice.
Currently we are approved members of ATA ( Africa Travel Association), ASTA (American Society of Travel Agents) and SATSA (Southern African Tourism Services Association).
In order to be members of some of these organisations, we have to pass stringent annual reviews, complying with annual audits as set out in our governments fiscal and taxation laws, as well as evidence of continuous safety checks and insurance reviews with our transport providers and charter companies.
Add to this professional indemnity insurance & passenger liability insurances and you are guaranteed a service that is vetted according to the highest standards in the country.
